Are you new to Hot Yoga? Curious what it's about? Hot Yoga may be for you if you are looking to: lose weight, alleviate stress, lower your cholesterol, heal an injury, reduce back pain, increase natural energy levels, or increase flexibility.
Beginners are welcomed to any class. Nearly every class has a few beginners. As you progress, you simply do so in the same room!
If you are a first-time student then you should arrive 30 minutes prior to class in order to register for the class and meet the instructor.
For each Hot Yoga class, you will need:
- Yoga mat*
- Towel (beach size)*
- Bottle of water
- Proper attire: wear something light and fitted; avoid sweats, long pants, and heavy shirts.
- Empty stomach
*In case you forget your towel and/or mat, you can rent one from us.
